Our Name, Our Philosophy
The name NiUKo comes from the Bengali phrase “Nij Udyoge Kori”, meaning “We Act on Self-motivation.”
This philosophy reflects the foundation of our organization. We believe meaningful change begins when individuals take initiative to serve humanity with compassion, integrity, and responsibility.
